YOGA, DANCE & MARTIAL ARTS
A lot of the workshops at BaliSpirit Festival are dedicated to MOVEMENT – in yoga, dance and martial arts. International and local presenters teach sessions in both classical yoga styles like Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Kundalini, Hatha, Jivamukti, Ashtanga and new fusion styles like Heavy Metal Yoga, Laughter Yoga, Afro Flow, Children’s yoga and more!
Additionally, there are also a wide range of dance workshops, including both guided and free-movement experiences such as Ecstatic dance, African dance, modern dance, contact improv and more. No dance experience is needed to enjoy these, just the eagerness to connect with yourself and your body and have some fun!
Lastly, for martial arts lovers or anyone curious to try martial arts, there is always a variety of workshops suitable for both complete beginners and experienced attendees such as Capoeira, Aikido and different fusion styles.
