Presenter Bio: 

A well known yoga teacher certified in Asthanga Yoga, Yudhi is the founder of YOGA GEMBIRA, a roving yoga community based in Jakarta, Java, Indonesia.  Yudhi has presented classes on many Indonesian TV stations and writes for the Indonesia home tabloid Gaya Hidup Dehat. Yudhi's classes include going through the postures and calming meditation. For stressed out locals and visitors in the Jakarta area, Yudhi provides a great relaxing relief.

Yoga Gembira: Have fun practicing yoga! In the class we will practice pranayama, asanas, and meditation including integrating playful partner work. All levels all styles welcome!
