Workshop Descriptions:
1. Fluid Power for Intermediate Wave Riders | Waves of Collective Consciousness Calling all Fluid Power explorers to dive into the mystery of this deep ocean of asana possibilities, multi~dimensional|directional sequencing, and undulating wave rhythms of breath, heart, +body connection. There is no front row, back row, right way, wrong way. There’s a river guide offering her suggestions. It’s up to you to plunge your oar into the river, set your intention, paddle with conscious action, and offer yourself + your practice for a higher purpose. Join the exploration of many rivers leading to the same ocean of self-realization and selfless service. 2. You Are A Yoga Master of Your Own Life’s Experience Experience beyond the ideas of wrong doing or right doing of what our asanas should look or feel like, our breath should sound like, or our thoughts should empty into or fill towards as we explore Prana Flow’s Wave Theory to honor the true yoga master that dwells within. We will embrace our authentic experience exactly as it is, in alignment, and intertwining with the spontaneous intelligence of our creative life force (prana) and the present moment as we filter the voices outside and honor the authentic voice within.
