Presenter Bio:


Linda Madani is an inspired spiritual healer and yoga teacher. She has been living and practicing yoga on Bali since 1995 and was the apprentice of respected Balinese healer Tjokorda Rai for 13 years.  Linda is a highly experienced teacher with students from throughout the world. She is registered yoga teacher with the International Yoga Alliance (E-R.Y.T. 500), a certified yoga therapist in both India and the USA and a member of the International Yoga Therapist Association. Linda teaches throughout Asia and regularly leads yoga retreats on Bali. She is the owner and director of Intuitive Flow, Sanctuary for Yoga and Healing in Penestanan, Ubud, Bali where welcomes people with an open heart and shares the teachings and blessings she has received with much joy.

Mystery of vital energy:  Explore the connection between breath and energy with asana,  pranayama and meditation
Yoga is the union of our individual breath with the universal breath. Learn how use this vital force for your well-being. You will experience what prana is, explore the importance of the union of Individual Prana with Cosmic Prana and learn how to channel and utilize pranic energy for self-purification.  When life energy flows in perfect balance one can experience self-awareness and serenity.

Balancing and activating your chakras with yoga pranala
Chakras are vortex of energy within the subtle body where the nadis (channel of energy) converge.  These psychic centers affect our physical mental and spiritual bodies. If balanced, the vibrant and nourishing flow of prana streams throughout the body. Learn to connect with the energy of the earth and the universe and align, balance and purify your chakras.

Exploring spinal channel with asana, pranayama and meditation
During this beautiful workshop you will learn how to combine yoga asana and inner energy movement together with spinal breathing pranayama. Spinal breathing purifies and opens us to our ecstatic inner realms, taking us on an exciting journey to inner space.  When the prana enters into the spinal channel, the individual prana connects to the cosmic power.
