Presenter Bio:

"Katy is unique in her ability to make yoga so enjoyable. I walk into the class not balanced or centred and stand on my mat looking stressed, aggravated by the speed of our daily lives. But with her calm and encouraging teaching, she helps me find peace. She really is one of a kind."

Sarah, Duchess of York

Gifted Vinyasa Flow Yoga teacher, Appleton was a professional dancer for 10 years with The Royal Ballet and English National Ballet Companies. It then was a natural progression to her from dance to yoga some 12 years back. She has absorbed many styles, practices and forms of yoga and draws from them within her teaching.

"Vinyasa Flow Yoga expands my entire being she says, it feels very much like dancing to me, yoga in heart opening movement.”

Her extensive clientele include high profile celebrities such as Paul McCartney, Heather Mills, British royalty, prima ballerinas, and TV and media personalities.
