Presenter Bio: 

 

Daniel's highest aim in sharing yoga is for students to accept themselves fully, to experience Samadhi - Self-realization, happiness and peace - and to acquire tools to access this state always.  As the saying goes 'the truth cannot be said.' It can, however, be heard. It's inherent in each of us. It's who we are. The essence of yoga is remembering who we are. Daniel creates conditions where the truth might be heard through challenging asana (posture), vinyasa (breath and movement), spiritual insight, pranayama (breath exercise), meditation, music, and humour, by drawing on his extensive yoga practice and training with dozens of modern masters (Iyengar, Ashtanga, Jivamukti, Bikram, Sivananda, Anusara, Kripalu) with creativity and spontaneity.
