Workshops:

Yoga and live Music (with Sky and Marcus Berg)
The combination of yoga and live music provides a special dynamic very conducive for spontaneous heart opening.  One finds they can be completely absorbed in the music and the movements, and the focus of yoga brings into a balanced, meaningful and definitely inspirational experience. Marcus Berg and Sky have played together in Sweden at festivals and many music and yoga retreats.  They always honor the students and encourage people to open up, let their voices sing out and let go as much as they can into the rhythm.  It's a unique and rare opportunity to share something great.

Yoga with Sacred chants

I found myself chanting in the postures, and i found it was easier to stay for longer, deeply focused and prayerful.  I started to share this with my students and  found the group voice built a profound devotion and depth to the session.  People expressed having a new experience of how yoga touches their heart.  The Sanskrit prayers have a certain magical quality about them, where just hearing them chanted properly is a blessing.  Also I share the meanings and incorporate that in and through the Asanas.  The meanings  help us to see more clearly and gain inspiration to honor all that is as none other than ourself.
