The dynamic dreadlocked showman from Africa will blow you away with his unique blend of Afro-fusion - Reggae, afro percussion and lots more.
 
Afro Moses is a multi-award winning, international artist from Ghana, West Africa. He is a singer, composer, multi-instrumentalist and teacher with a magnetic personality who has enchanted people with his high energy music, powerful messages, showmanship and colorful stage shows around the world. A tasty blend of Afrobeats, reggae, funk, jazz, raga, salsa, percussion, traditional vocals and much more.
 
Using traditional african instruments (eg. the kora, mbira, gonde, talking drum, balafon etc - Afro can play 14 in total) and blending them with modern grooves and technology to create a fusion of hot rhythms that no one can resist dancing too! Every audience is invited to interact with the band from vocals to dance moves and hand percussion instruments which creates an amazing party atmosphere. The stage shows guarantee to uplift, transport, inspire and move all involved. Dance, jump, sweat and shout!

Victor Akpokodje

International gospel drummer Victor Akpokodje, hails from the Niger Delta Region of Nigeria. With almost two decades of world class drumming experience, Victor brings on stage a unique perfection of Afro-Caribbean drumming with a decent level of creativity and passion drawing immensely from his cultural roots.

Growing up in the densely populated West African nation of Nigeria, his musical talent was discovered at the age of twelve, where as an instrumentalist he backed up vocalists in church.

By the year 2000, Victor had made full transition to a highly sought professional drummer and focussed his expertise on drums. In 2001, due to his blend of Afro-Carribean style drumming with those of Reggae, Funk and Ryhthm & Blues, Victor easily attained the status of “the most talked about drummer” in Rivers State of Nigeria.

Victor is currently based in Australia and has been performing in world class venues (including the Sydney opera house) since 2007. Nowadays, he spends considerable amount of time travelling and performing at various gigs around Australia and is fast becoming a highly sought drummer in Australia

To date, Victor has played alongside notable international artists including, Seun Anikulapo Kuti, Kirk Franklin (USA), Hugh Masekela (South Africa), Chris Gudu band from Zimbabwe and Afro Moses with the Moses O JAH band.

Victor is a qualified engineer and holds a Masters Degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of New South Wales, Australia. In addition, Victor holds a Bachelors Degree in Geology, following in the footsteps of his father, a Professor of Environmental Geology based in Portharcourt, Nigeria.
